J & L's Ordering, Payment options, and ShippingTerms
Accepted Payments : We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Personal checks may also be accepted. Checks must be made out for the full amount, and have the correct name and shipping address. Production will begin once check has cleared.
Production Time : Due to the custom nature of our business, there is a waiting period from time of order, to date of shipping. This is because J & L does not warehouse any mirrors, every mirror is made to order. This gives you complete control over how your mirror will look.
Orders for stock size mirrors, with your choices of mirror, glass textures and colors. Includes a 2 to 4 week waiting period.
Orders that include custom shape and design. There is a 4 to 8 week waiting period.
J & L strives to complete all orders on, or, ahead of schedule.
Shipping : All stock mirrors ship free in the 48 states.
Custom orders are decided on an individual basis. We will inform you of any additional shipping charges when you contact us.
International Shipping : Prices will be quoted by contacting one of our sales associates.
Glass Samples : 3" x 4" Samples of our glass may be ordered for $10.00 each, plus shipping, by contacting us at 814-756-0403. We will reimburse up to $ 40.00 of your glass samples purchase when ordering your first mirror. This offer is good for up to 30 days from receipt of your glass samples order.
